Make time for yourself to connect with other mums, carers, and their children, enjoy an easy laid-back session making fresh herbal tea blends that you can grow in your own home garden.
Participants will:
- Spend time connecting with other mums, carers, and their children in a calm nurturing environment.
- Learn about different herbs and native edibles and their benefits when made into teas.
- Make different types of teas to try during the workshop.
- Each participant will take home some fresh herbs for tea making at home.
