Ingrédients
1 cup softened butter
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 ¾ cup flour
1 ½ teaspoon cream of tartar
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
CINNAMON-SUGAR MIXTURE
¼ cup sugar
1 ½ tablespoons cinnamon

large mixing bowl
small bowl
baking tray
baking paper

Préparation
Preheat oven to 180c
In a large mixing bowl, mix the butter and sugar together really well until light and fluffy
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix for another 2 minutes longer
Stir in the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt until just combined
In a small bowl, stir together sugar and cinnamon
Roll the doll into small balls. Drop into the cinnamon sugar mixture and coat well. Place ball on a prepared baking tray and flatten slightly with your hands
Bake for about 10 minutes
