Oven
Muffin tray
Bowl
Mixing spoon

Ingredients
½ cup butter
2 eggs
¾ cups milk
1 cup creamed corn
¾ cups yellow cornmeal
1 ½ cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ white sugar
¼ tsp salt
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 180c
2. Prepare muffin tin by brushing with butter
3. Add dry ingredients in bowl and mix
4. Add wet ingredients and mix
5. Add batter to muffin tray
6. Bake for 20 mins
