About the Event

Native edibles are a welcome addition to any garden as they give you the possibility of growing both native and food gardens in perfect harmony. These tasty, nutritious plants are adapted to Australian conditions and attract wildlife as well, so why not include them in your garden.

We will look at 10 different native edibles that can be grown in either large gardens or on the patio in a pot. We will also learn how to grow and harvest these wonderful plants. Try a native tea of lemon myrtle, river mint or lemon scented tea tree.

This workshop is designed for those new to Native edibles, who would like to start introducing them into their own garden.
